Parent/Teacher Conferences Letter
Please note that on this day school finishes at 12:45pm. For those parents who find it difficult to pick up their daughter at this time please could you inform your class teacher. Girls who have to stay at school will be supervised in Hadley Hall until either After School Commences at 2:30pm or the normal finishing times of 2:30pm for Kindergarten, 2:45pm Pre-Primary, 3pm for Years 1 and 2 and 3:15pm for Years 3 – 6.
If you come for your parent conference and then want to pick up your daughter, please procede to Hadley Hall. Ms Hall, Mrs Beaton, Mrs Teusner and all the teaching assistants will be supervising the girls.
Please return your form as soon as possible. By Friday 24 February you should receive confirmation from your class of your interview time/s. For 2012 we have extend the time to 15 minute interviews. If, during the interview, it becomes obvious that more time is required the class teacher will end the meeting after the 15 minutes and will arrange another opportunity for you to meet.
We request that you are punctual and if you miss your appointment you might have to reschedule.
